プラン変更方法をチャット情報を参考に実施しましたが、変更できませんでした。 追加情報を求めましたが、チャット自体がエラーで接続できなくなりました。 面倒なので、Shutdown されたのでしょうか？

You are one of the few Japanese companies to make your apps available internationally and I really appreciate this. It’s ok if it’s in Japanese, although of course English is appreciated. Please make your UQ mobile app available also! I use UQ mobile and need that app to manage my account.

au is a billion-dollar company, and they still don’t have any plan or will to offer their services in English, let alone translate their app’s UI. At this point, that’s just lazy. もうちょっと真剣にUIを考えてほしいです。デザインもそうですし、アプリの内容を英語で表示させるだけで外国から来ている人全員をauに引っ張ることが出来るのに、それに当てた努力が無いのが意味分かりません。If - in making the entire au platform easier for English speakers to use - the risks outweigh the benefits, then there’s an untapped, wide-open opportunity to redesign services that cater to English speakers such that the reverse is true: where the benefits outweigh the risks. Again… a billion dollar company who is losing market share and is now 3rd in the telecoms space… I don’t know if they’re expecting things to magically change in their favor or if they just can’t find the talent to dig them out.

Can someone at au please tell me why my iPhone service is still not working? My phone shows ‘3 bars’ of reception, but I am unable to make or receive calls. George 080-6810-0212

Supplies the info I need for bills and such and I like the UI. If they could get a English version of this it would help immesureably.

Pls... check my internet connection its been two weeks or more that I suffered slow connection from au. I can’t easily access any websites and applications due to poor connection. Please kindly check asap abd fix it. Thank you

Needs English (and other) translations for more stars. (It's 2018, and this is the primary customer app for one of the three major cell carriers in Japan.)

最近のアプデートまでは良いと思ってたけど、アプデートしてからは位置情報をAUに知らせる許可をしないとAppが起動しない。「紛失したら探せる」という理由が表示されるが、find my iphoneで見つけられ、私の位置情報を知る意図について強い疑問。AU/KDDIの信頼性がかなり下がった。
